Fair Returns Policy
If you are not happy with the products you received let us know. We must be fair however and only items that have been purchased via www.nobrokenhome.com (with the expection of books, audios and CD's) can be returned for the following. Consider that we cannot take everything back. Your satisfaction is of our concern. Customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions are made for defective items only however we inspect each and every item prior to delivery. We do not use a fulfillment center but our family business ensures thorough inspection.
In order to receive a reimbursement for the shipping fees back to www.nobrokenhome.com customers MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or GROUND. If any other methods are used (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 day, etc) shipping costs will not be reimbursed even in the event of damaged or miss shipped merchandise.
*Please note: International orders The Myth of the Broken Home will not reimburse Duties/Tariffs paid.
* All returns/exchanges must be received within 14 calendar days from date of invoice to receive a refund.
* Returns received 15-30 days receive an online store credit or exchange only.
* All returns after 30 calendar days from invoice date will be returned to you.
* All returns MUST be in new and unused, untampered condition in original packaging with tags attached.
* Invoice and Original Billing Info must accompany the return. ppear on the Return/Exchange Form.
